StreamRay has restructured its operating arrangement as of September 2026. The platform is now operated in the United States by Streamray Inc., based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and in the European Union by Wight Enterprise Limited, located in Reigate, Surrey.

The change reflects a shift toward regional management of the service, with distinct legal entities handling operations in each territory. This type of structure is common among platforms operating across multiple jurisdictions with different regulatory requirements.

Users in the US and EU will continue to access StreamRay through the same platform, though their service is now technically managed by the respective regional operator for their location.
