The change reflects a shift in the company's UK licensing and regulatory arrangements. Wight Enterprise Limited takes on responsibility for StreamRay's operations serving British users, while the US division continues to operate independently from its Las Vegas headquarters.

This separation of regional operations may affect how user accounts, billing, and customer support are managed depending on geographic location. Users in the UK will now fall under the jurisdiction and oversight of Wight Enterprise Limited.
